Who is the data controller?
Heilo Eiendom AS (org. no. 986 429 735) is the data controller and protects personal data according to established internal routines. Our business is mainly providing services to, and communicating with, professional parties, where client relationships are entered into with companies.
What is the purpose?
We store contact details of people associated with companies that are relevant parties to transactions, leases or other advisory assignments we have or may have.
Legal basis
Processing is governed by the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as sector legislation: the Real Estate Agency Act and Regulations, the Accounting Act, the Bookkeeping Act, the Alienation Act, the Marketing Control Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
What data is processed?
Name, telephone number and email address of people who are, or may become, involved in transactions, leases or other advisory work. The data comes from the individual, from the company they work for, or from public sources. Information you send through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Disclosure and storage
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by the Real Estate Agency Act. Data is secured digitally on a protected network, with password protection where necessary.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, as far as Norwegian law permits, and may request correction or deletion. Contact us at ea@heilo.no. Decisions may be appealed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking. We only record anonymously that pages are visited, without storing cookies in your browser.
