New transaction completed in the retail segment.

Heilo Eiendom has assisted Øvstebø Gruppen and a group of private investors with the sale of Kvantum Kjøpesenter AS and Semsvegen 46 AS. The buyer is Ragde Eiendom. The transaction was completed following a broad, structured sales process.

The property is located at Tuven, a commercially strong retail hub in Notodden municipality. The total area is 8,600 sq m across five modern retail warehouses. The space is fully let to Extra, Power, Jysk, Rusta and Hageland on long leases.
