Transaction of a full city block in Oslo

It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Malling Core Plus II Holding AS on the acquisition of Pilestredet 35.

The property is an education building in central Oslo, totalling 27,000 sq m and comprising an entire city block. The building is mainly let to OsloMet on a long-term lease and serves as the university's main campus. OsloMet is Norway's third-largest university, with more than 20,000 students and around 2,100 employees.

The transaction was completed off-market and is structured as a sale of 100% of the shares in Pilestredet 35 Holding AS. The sellers are the shareholders of Pilestredet 35 Holding AS, a company established by UNION Eiendomskapital.
