Sale of Grefsenveien 44

Tellus Eiendom rebalances its portfolio

Heilo Eiendom has assisted Tellus Eiendom with the sale of Grefsenveien 44 at Storo in Oslo. The buyer of the property is USBL.

Grefsenveien 44 comprises 53 fully let apartments over seven above-ground floors plus a lower ground floor. The building was constructed in 1969, and several apartments have been partially or fully refurbished in recent years.

The transaction continues the seller's strategy of focusing on larger retail parks. Grefsenveien 44 was the last residential property in the company's portfolio, and Tellus Eiendom owns a total of seven retail parks in Norway.
