Sale of Haraldrudveien 18

Heilo Eiendom assisted Otto Olsen Holding with the sale of Haraldrudveien 18.
The property is currently used as a recycling station and is let to Norsk Gjenvinning on a long-term bare-house lease.
The planning programme for Haraldrud builds on the proposed municipal master plan and the strategy of generating growth from the inner city outwards into the peripheral zones. By making use of established infrastructure in these areas while densifying along it, the compact city is gradually to grow into areas that today have an open, low-density character. The long-term vision is for Haraldrud to become part of the diverse, dense city.
Vika Project Finance acquired the property, bringing in Eiendomsspar as investor on a 100% basis in the project.
