Heilo advised in Kvadraturen
Heilo has acted as adviser in the transaction of Kongens gate 2 in Kvadraturen. The buyer is Nordea Liv Eiendom and the seller is Opsahl Gruppen.
The transaction was completed off-market and is structured as a forward sale of 100% of the shares in Kongensgt. 2 AS. The property will be delivered turnkey and is being refurbished into a modern office building.
Kongens gate 2 is a venerable corner building centrally located in Kvadraturen, Oslo. Built in the style of its time in 1892–94, it has visible exposure towards Bankplassen. The building comprises approx. 4,000 sq m over four floors.
