Major hotel transaction in Bergen

Rica Eiendom is acquiring Scandic Ørnen in Bergen. The hotel opened in 2014 and is one of Bergen's largest hotels and newest landmarks. The hotel has 13 floors with 368 rooms, 350 restaurant covers and conference facilities for 700 guests.

Heilo Eiendom acted as broker in the transaction, while BAHR and Wiersholm acted as legal advisers.
