WCI acquires in Brønnøysund

West Coast Invest has acquired Registerbygget in Brønnøysund. The seller is Brønnøysund Kontorbygg AS, a syndicate arranged by Swiss Life. Heilo Eiendom acted as the buyer's adviser in the transaction.

"The transaction was done off-market, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both seller and buyer for a smooth process," says broker Even Nilsen of Heilo Eiendom.

The property was completed in 2022, when the Brønnøysund Register Centre signed a 20-year lease. The 15,000 sq m office building is a key component in bringing together the 17 registers administered by the Brønnøysund Register Centre, and is designed to support the agency's critical role in society. The buildings are BREEAM-NOR certified with a "Very Good" rating and are highly modern, with office capacity for approximately 600 people.
