Pindsleveien 9 sold
Hibernian Eiendom has sold Pindsleveien 9 to Kraft Eiendomsinvest I AS. The acquisition was arranged by Njord Securities. Heilo Eiendom acted as the seller's adviser in the transaction.
Pindsleveien 9 is a fully let big box retail property. The tenants are Elkjøp and Megaflis on long leases, and both stores have strong sales figures.
Pindsle is a former industrial area in Sandefjord that has become an attractive retail area with a number of popular big box properties.
