USBL acquires classic residential building
Meteva Eiendom has sold 100% of the shares in Sven Bruns Gate 2 AS to the housing cooperative USBL. Heilo Eiendom acted as broker in the transaction.
The property is very centrally located right by the Palace Park and Holbergs plass, within walking distance of tram, metro and several of the city's places of study. The building was constructed in 1895 and fully renovated in 2011. It now comprises 20 apartments and will be a fine addition to USBL's rental portfolio.
