Heilo advises in Sweden

Heilo Eiendom has assisted BundeGruppen, Lani Invest and Fram Eiendom with the sale of Strömstad Shoppingcenter. The transaction is structured as a sale of 100% of the shares in BT Property Strömstad AB. The acquisition was arranged by Newsec Investment Management. Alti Forvaltning AS acts as operational partner in the investment.

The property is a modern retail and leisure centre totalling approx. 41,000 sq m, comprising approx. 22,000 sq m of retail space and approx. 19,000 sq m of parking. The shopping centre has seen strong sales growth in recent years and, with its strategic location in Strömstad catering to cross-border shopping, has established itself as an attractive destination. Visitor numbers passed 1.2 million in 2025.
